[In Vitro]

BI-505（1 ng/mL-1000 μg/mL）剂量依赖性地诱导表达 ICAM-1 的 Ramos、Raji 和 Daudi 淋巴瘤细胞的程序性细胞死亡 (PCD)[1]。

[In Vivo]

Bersanlimab（BI-505；20 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每周两次；持续 21 天）显着减少肿瘤生长并延长动物存活期[1]。 Animal Model: SCID mice injected with ARH-77 cells[1] Dosage: 20 mg/kg Administration: i.p.; twice-weekly; for 21 days Result: Significantly reduced tumor growth and prolonged animal survival.
