[Description]:

Aureusimine B (Phevalin) is a cyclic dipeptide. Aureusimine B can be produced by Staphylococcus aureus biofilms. Aureusimine B may be exploited as potential biomarker and/or therapeutic target for chronic, S. aureus biofilm-based infections[1].
