Rosmantuzumab

Rosmantuzumab (OMP-131R10) is an anti-R-spondin 3 (RSPO3) humanized monoclonal antibody. Rosmantuzumab can be used for the research of advanced telapsed and refractory solid tumors[1].

Rosmantuzumab (25 mg/kg；腹腔注射，每周一次，持续 4 周) 显著保护动物免于发生肝纤维化[1]。 Rosmantuzumab (25mg /kg；腹腔注射，每两周一次，持续 6 周) 在博莱霉素诱导的肺纤维化小鼠模型中，显著抑制皮肤厚度、胶原沉积和 α-SMA 阳性细胞数量[1]。 Animal Model: Male C57B1/6J CCl4 liver fibrosis mouse models[1] Dosage: 25 mg/kg Administration: Intraperitoneal injection; 25 mg/kg, once a week for 4 weeks Result: Significantly decreased collagen I and collagen III mRNAs, and inhibits β-catenin cytoplasmic and nuclear translocation.
