Biological Activity

[Description]:

A potent, ligand-efficient, and cell-active inhibitor menin-MLL interaction with IC50 of 56 nM, Kd of 85 nM; demonstrateds strong and selective effects in MLL leukemia cells, and induces more pronounced increase in CD11b expression in MLL-AF9 BMCs.
