LB-102

LB-102 (LB-1.2, LB 102) is a potent, selective serine/threonine protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) inhibitor with IC50 of 0.4 uM; displays more specificity than PP1 (IC50=80 uM); shows dose-dependant inhibition of GBM cell growth (IC50=5 uM); activates Plk-1 and Akt-1 and decreases p53 abundance in tumor cells; causes complete regression of GBM xenografts and neuroblastoma xenografts combined with TMZ.
