Biological Activity

[Description]:

Fluocortolone is an orally active anti-inflammatory agent that effectively reduces plasma fibrinogen levels. Fluocortolone inhibits Mycobacterium butyricum-induced foot edema in a rat model of adjuvanted joint inflammation (3-12 mg/kg)[1].
