Biological Activity

[Description]:

5-Methoxycanthin-6-one is an orally active inhibitor of Leishmania strains. 5-Methoxycanthin-6-one shows cytotoxicity with an IC50 of 5.44 μg/mL against Ailanthus altissima cells[1][2].
