3,4'-Dihydroxyflavone (3,4'-DHF; PO, 1 mg/kg per 30 μL, daily, 5 days) significantly decreases virus titers and pathological changes in the lung and reduced body weight loss and death[1]. Animal Model: 3,4'-Dihydroxyflavone (3,4'-DHF; PO, 1 mg/kg per 30 μL, daily, 5 days) significantly decreases virus titers and pathological changes in the lung and reduced body weight loss and death[1]. Dosage: 1 mg/kg per 30 μL. Administration: Oral administration daily for 5 days. Result: Significantly decreased virus titers and pathological changes in the lung and reduced body weight loss and death.
