Biological Activity

[Description]:

IRE1α-IN-3 is a novel, potent IRE1α RNase inhibitor with EC50 of 0.82 uM; demonstrates dose-dependent reduction of IRE1α kinase autophosphorylation amd inhibition of XBP1 RNA cleavage in the WT cell lines.
