Biological Activity

[Description]:

YU142670 is a highly specific, soluble OCRL/INPP5B inhibitor that directly interacts with the catalytic domain of INPP5B; induces enhanced actin polymerization and ruffle activity at the plasma membrane, increases the levels of PI(4,5)P2 in mouse embryonic fibroblasts or human dermal fibroblasts and inhibits the activity of over-expressed human OCRL in Cos-7 cells.
