Biological Activity

[Description]:

2′,2′-Difluorodeoxyuridine (dFdU) is the main metabolite of Gemcitabine (HY-17026). 2′,2′-Difluorodeoxyuridine causes a concentration- and schedule- dependent radiosensitising effect in vitro[1].
