Biological Activity

[Description]:

Adenanthin is an inhibitor of thiol-dependent antioxidant enzymes, targeting to Prx 1 and Prx 2. Adenanthin impairs human natural killer (NK) cells effector functions, and killing hepatocellular carcinoma cells. Adenanthin inhibits NF-κB signaling and lipogenesis and the development of obesity by regulating ROS[1].
