Crustacean cardioactive peptide Disulfide bond (CCAP Disulfide bond) is a insect cardioregulatory peptides that contmns 9 amino acid, first isolated from the tobacco hawkmoth, Manduca sexta. There are two cystemes at pnsttons 3 and 9 forming a disulfide bridge and the carboxyl-terminns is amldated[1].
