Solitomab (AMG 110) is a bispecific anti-CD3 and anti-epithelial-cell-adhesion-molecule (EpCAM) antibody. Solitomab can be used for the research of primary uterine and ovarian carcinosarcoma cancer[1][2].

[In Vitro]

Solitomab (1 μg/mL；4 小时) 对 EpCAM 阳性细胞株显示细胞毒性，并增加 EpCAM 阳性肉瘤 (CS) 细胞对 T 细胞细胞毒性的敏感性[1]。 Solitomab (7 天) 增加 CD8+ 和 CD4+ T 细胞表面 CD25 和 HLA-DR 蛋白 (T 细胞激活标记物) 的表达水平[1]。 Solitomab (0-2.5 μg/mL；4 小时) 对卵巢癌细胞有细胞毒作用，1 μg/mL 剂量对肿瘤杀伤效果最好[2]。
