Abstract
The cathodic reduction of some aryl halides ArX (1-naphthyl halides NpI and NpBr, iodo benzene and bromobenzene PhI and PhBr taken as model substrates) was achieved essentially in propylene carbonate (PC) considered for its high dielectric permittivity.
