Abstract

Abstract Rhizomes of Corydalis nobilis (L.) PERS.(3% of alkaloids) contain (+)- tetrahydropalmatine,(+)-bicuculline and (+)-corytuberine as the main constituents of the tertiary alkaloid fraction. Protopine,(+)-corypalmine and (+)-stylopine, which also belong to the dominant alkaloids, were isolated in lesser amounts.
