Abstract
New compounds, structurally related to the potent protein kinase C inhibitor staurosporine, with a bisindolylpyrazolone framework and substituted on the pyrazolone nitrogens with N, N-dialkylaminoalkyl side chain, were synthesized and evaluated for growth-inhibitory properties in several human cell lines.
