Abstract: Extracts from the coral, Plexaura homomalla, have been shown to contain derivatives of 13, 14-dihydro-and 13, 14-cis-PGA2, and from the latter, 13, 14-cis-PGF2a, 13, 14-cis-PGFzfl, and 13,144 s-PGE2, 15-acetate methyl ester have been synthesized.
