Abstract

We have reported1 that several symmetrical NJ'-dialkyl-N, N'-bia (dichloroacety1)-1, kxylylenediamines were found to possess unusually high antiamoebic properties both in vitro and in vivo and that a select few also showed antispermatogenic activity in rats and other species.
