Abstract

A series of N-aralkyltroponylpiperazine derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for dopaminergic activity in rats rendered hypokinetic by the bilateral injection of 6- hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) into the anterolateral hypothalamus.
