Abstract
The biological activity of sulphonamides has made them an important class of compounds. There have been several studies on their 13C and 15N NMR spectra,'-'' but few 170 NMR data are a ~ ailable . ~ ~ ' ~ The only infor- mation on sulphinamides was presented in our papers on two multinuclear NMR studie ~ . ~ ~ ' ~ Our earlier data suggest a clear difference in the 15N and a marked difference in the 170 chemical shifts between sul- phonamides and ...
