Abstract

Abstract In this study, thirty-eight chalcone analogs were synthesized and evaluated for nitric oxide (NO) inhibition activity on RAW 264.7 cells. Among these compounds, chalcones bearing furanyl group showed remarkable anti-inflammatory activity.
