Abstract

In fluorous biphase system, metal bis (perfluorooctanesulfonyl) amides are better Lewis acid catalysts than the analogous triflates toward either transesterifications, or direct esterifications, or Friedel–Crafts acylations or Baeyer–Villiger oxidations.
