Abstract

Abstract A series of 35 derivatives of 2-styrylbenzoxazole I-XXXV with methyl, chloro, hydroxy, methoxy, dimethylamino, nitro, cyano and methoxycarbonyl substituents have been prepared by reaction of substituted 2-acetamidophenol with respective benzaldehyde derivatives.
