Abstract

A series of novel 1, 3, 4-thiadiazole derivatives based on benzisoselenazolone were synthesized and evaluated for their cytotoxicity in vitro against human liver cancer cell SSMC-7721, human breast cancer cell MCF-7 and human lung cancer cell A549 by CCK-8 assay.
