Abstract
A highly regio-and stereoselective asymmetric synthesis of rhamnosyl-and amicetosyl- digitoxigenin analogues has been established via palladium-catalyzed glycosylation followed by bis-/tris-dihydroxylation or bis-/tris-diimide reduction.
