Abstract

We describe herein a novel exonuclease III aided amplification method based on single walled carbon nanotube quenching (EASQ) for sensitive and convenient nucleic acid detection, which enabled 80-fold decrease of detection limit for HIV1 DNA assay compared with no target recycling.This journal is © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2012
