Abstract

Cyclophosphaniide (IIIa) is one of the most effective biological alkylat'ing agents for treating certain experimental rodent malignancies. However, rather disappointing results were reported in treating neoplastic diseases in man with Ohis agent. 4 Xany structural modifications3 of this compound have not produced any superior antitumor agents against animal tumors.
