Abstract
A new class of volatile, low-melting, fluorine-free lanthanide MOCVD precursors has been synthesized and characterized. Neutral, monomeric cerium, neodymium, gadolinium, and erbium complexes are coordinatively saturated by a versatile, multidentate, ether- functionalized β-ketoiminato ligand.
