Abstract

A library of oligomeric compounds based on the imidazole-4, 5-dicarboxylic acid scaffold with incorporated amino acids were synthesized, purified, and characterized. These compounds are hypothesized to inhibit protein− protein interactions and are being used for high-throughput screening in the NIH Roadmap.
