Abstract
A kinetic study on nucleophilic displacement reactions of O-ethyl O-4-nitrophenyl phenylphosphonothioate (an insecticide called EPN) with alkali-metal ethoxides (EtOM; M= Li, Na, K, and K/18-crown-6-ether) is reported.
