Abstract A series of novel soluble donor-acceptor low-bandgap-conjugated polymers consisting of different oligothiophene (OTh) coupled to electron-accepting moiety 2-pyran-4- ylidenemalononitrile (PM)-based unit were synthesized by Stille or Suzuki coupling polymerization.
