Abstract

A one-pot synthesis of some novel bis-quinolines has been achieved under phase transfer catalyzed conditions using 8-hydroxy quinoline derivatives as substrates. The synthesized analogues were evaluated for antileishmanial activity against Leishmania donovani promastigotes and amastigotes.
