Abstract
Retardation of pyramidal inversion of nitrogen was observed in diethyl 2- aziridinylphosphonate due to intramolecular hydrogen bonding. The presence of two invertomers has been shown by the nuclear magnetic resonance (nrnr) studies using the paramagnetic shift reagent tris (dipivalomethanato) europium (III)[Eu (DPhI) 3] ani benzene solvent shift studies.
