Abstract

Sequence-defined bis (deoxyribonucleoside) phosphoromorpholidate derivatives as stable intermediates to prepare oligodeoxyribonucleotides have been synthesized using morpholinodi (1-tetrazolyl) phosphine as a phosphitylating reagent.
