Abstract
We synthesized coumarin derivatives using various aromatic and heterocyclic amines, and tested the target compound for its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial activities. Compounds 3l, 3m and 3n showed significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antimicrobial activities.
