Abstract

Abstract A new catalytic system based on palladium-amido-N-heterocyclic carbenes for Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions of heteroaryl bromides is described. A variety of sterically bulky, amido-N-imidazolium salts were synthesized in high yields from the corresponding anilines.
