Abstract

New telechelic polyisobutylenes (PIB) with hydrogen-bonding motifs were prepared. Nucleobases such as thymine, uracil, and cytosine as well as chelate-type hydrogen- bonding donor-acceptors were affixed onto the end groups of the PIB.
