Abstract

Dimethylvinyl-, methyldivinyl-and trivinylborane, dimethylpropenyl-and methyldipropenylborane were prepared from dimethylbromoborane and vinylsodium or propenyllithium, respectively. The products in each case were separated by fractional condensation and the vinyl derivatives were separated more effectively by gas partition fractometry.
