Abstract

Abstract The substituted vinylphosphonium salt (E)-MeSCH= C (CN) P+ Ph 3 I− readily cyclizes under the action of benzamidine and 3-amino-s-triazole, but it does not enter cyclocondensation with 2-aminopyridine.
