Abstract
Protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) are key regulators of intracellular signaling pathways that control a broad range of physiological processes, including cell growth and differentiation, metabolism, apoptosis, and immune responses.[1] Not surprisingly, altered PTP activities result in aberrant tyrosine phosphorylation, which has been linked to the etiology of many human diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and immune dysfunctions.[ ...
