Abstract
Radical attack on trifluoroethylene is 80% on the CHF group and 20% on the CF, group; attack by an atom is 60% on the CHF group and 40% on the CF, group. This is the first time that anything other than exclusive radical attack on one carbon of an unsymmetrical olefin
