Abstract

The iodinated benzylamine derivatives XI V-LIX have been prepared by the reaction of 3- substituted 2, 4, 6-triiodobenzyl halides I-XIII with diethylamine,/3-ethanolamine, y- propanolamine, diethanolamine, trimethylolmethylamine, 2-methyl-2-amino-I, 3- propanediol, benzylamine, cycIohexylamine, piperidine, morpholine, piperazine, N- methylpiperazine, N-methylglucamine, and l-amino-l-deoxy-o-arabitol.
