Abstract

Abstract Dialkylaminodimethylchlorosilanes react with sodium amide mainly to dialkylamino- dimethylsilyl-amines, besides to the free dialkylamine and cyclo-and polysilazanes. Bis (alkylamino)-dimethylsilanes can be isolated from the reaction of alkylaminodimethylchlorosilanes with NaNH 2. Dialkylaminodimethylsilanes are formed likewise in the reaction of alkylaminophenoxydimethylsilanes with NaNH 2. The ...
