Abstract

1597 product which became the starting compound for preparation of a series of amines described in this communication. Heating with excess dimethylamine, diethylamine, diethanolamine, N-ethylaniline, benzylmethylamine4, pyrrolidine, piperidine, morpholine, 1- methylpiperazine and 1-(2-hydroxyethyl) piperazine yielded the corresponding substitution products II and IV-XII.
