Abstract

The nucleophilic addition reactions of arenesulfinic acids with heteroconjugated alkenes have been studied. The structures of the sulfones thus obtained were confirmed by microanalytical and spectral methods. Kinetic parameters of the nucleophilic addition reactions were determined.
