Abstract

Abstract Organoarsenic derivatives of the type R 2 As X R′(X= O, S, Se) have been prepared by the reaction ofdialkyl (diethylamino) arsines with alcohols, thiols and selenols. The yields in these reactions are quantitative. By-products, which were formed in most of the previously reportedsyntheses of these compounds, were not observed.
