Abstract

Enediyne scaffold-based new chemosensor 1 has been designed and synthesized. The sensor 1 fluorometrically recognizes H2PO4-in CH3CN containing 1% DMSO by exhibiting a ratiometric change in emission upon complexation. The association constant of 1 with H2PO4-was calculated as (3.06±0.6)× 104M− 1.
