Abstract
Conclusions Agreement between the observed and calculated JHzH3, coupling constants of IC indicates that its solution in CDC1, contains up to 18% of the BC conformer. Both dynamic 13C NMR and molecular mechanics calculatioins indicate a very low interconversion energy barrier for CC-BC for IC (7-8 kcal/mol).
