Abstract
Surface treatment of the electrodes allows the control of the orientation and crystal habit of the diF-TESADT crystals. Large platelets form that grow unimpinged over the electrode edge and bridge the transistor channel for short channel lengths, resulting in enhanced charge carrier mobility.
